Choose how many lines to play
Ten in Deluxe, nine in the original. Cutting lines lowers the cost of a spin but also removes lines the expanding symbol could pay on. Most players leave every line on.
Set the line bet
Your total stake is the line bet times the active lines. Every payout below is quoted per line, so doubling the line bet doubles every win — including the 5,000x top prize.
Spin, or hold for autoplay
Wins pay left to right from reel one, on adjacent reels, on an active line. Only the book ignores those rules: it pays from anywhere on screen.
Collect, or gamble the win
After any paying spin you can send the win to the card-colour gamble. Collecting is always the lower-variance choice, and gambling does not change the RTP.
